IdeaBoston, and Italian inspired Festival of books, authors and culture, a two-day event will take place at the Dante Alighieri Building in Cambridge on November 2 and 3.

The I Am Books activity will feature dozens of piano presentations, workshops, film screening, a theatrical representation and a party to top it off.

Since opening, I Am Books in October 2015, Founders Nichola Orichuia and Jim Pinzino have been striving to bring titles, authors and culture to the North End and the city.

As I Am Books, North Street, North End approaches its third anniversary, they thought it was time to kick their efforts into high gear and bring to the area and Italian inspired Festival of Books.

Featured speakers and some panel talks will include:

Speakers: Tomie dePaola, Maryanne Esposito, Marianne Leone, Marco Magrini and Marina Viola.

Topics: Elena Ferrante, Italian parents, American children, Bilinguism, Italian American publishing and Italian Jewish writers.
