The Greenway is preparing for another fun year of play at various locations on the popular site.
The Greenway and the Boston Ballet company are getting ready for the Company’s 2018 performance of LaSylphide (May 24-June 10) to celebrate coming together to build a village of fairy houses on The Greenway near The Greenway Carousel.
Natural materials will be used in the houses that will be placed on the lawn nearby.
By April, The Greenway will be ready to open the carousel for visitors and bring out all the toys and games, featuring the Giant Connect Four, Imagination Playground, Nature Build Kit, Hula Hoops and more. April 17, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the carousel.
SaturPlay returns to Chinatown Park on Saturday, April 28 from 1-3 p.m. (rain date May 5).
The Asian Community Development Corporation youth program, A-VOYCE, hosts a place making event monthly to bring children to The Greenway’s Mary Soo Hoo Park.
           Each month features themed games, activities, crafts and more. Youth volunteers are on hand to engage children.
