ISD Approves Two North End Proposals

At the Boston Inspectional Services Department (ISD) October 17 public meeting, the Board of Appeals approves two requests pertaining to the North End.

The Board voted to support a request to erect a four-unit building with four parking spaces at 173 Endicott Street.

In addition, ISD approved a request to renovate and design the existing floor condominium (Unit 1) and extend residential use at 32 Charter Street into basement space deeded unit creating a two-level condominium, install glass door/emergency egress to passageway from basement bedroom, currently layout three bedroom and one bath with new layout of three bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

            Today, Tuesday, November 14 at 12 PM ISD will hear a request by Michael Bonetti who is seeking a determination that ISD erred in issuing a permit relating to 55 Hull Street. The permit was issued as an allowed use.
