North End/Waterfront Voters Need to Figure Out the Best Candidate

Now that District 1 Boston City Councilor Sal LaMattina has officially stated he will not run for re-election, the North End/Waterfront community must play a huge role in voting for his replacement.

Currently, there are three candidates seeking a two-year seat on the Council, two from East Boston and one North Ender.

The District 1 Councilor plays a huge role in the neighborhood and voters must be sure who the right person is to represent them at City Hall.

It’s important that local residents take a solid look at the candidates and make their way to the polls for the primary election and the finals as well.

Two candidates will move on to the final.
