NEAD hosts terrific North End Night Out

North End Against Drugs (NEAD) as part of National Night Out held the North End version of the special event in Paul Revere Mall (Prado).

Each year, NEAD presents this popular event that includes a free BBQ, numerous events, demonstrations, and entertainment for the education and enjoyment for the hundreds of people that turn out.

Many law enforcement agencies had a presence in the NEAD hosted North End Night Out.

It was another NEAD successful neighborhood events.

Nolan Family/Boston Harbor cruises should be commended

Boston Harbor Cruise is, the Nolan family, once again made it possible or North End Against Drugs (NEAD) to hold a Harbor Cruise as part of the organizations family fun Festival.

The Emile Pugliano/Bobby D DeCristoforo Family Boat Cruise attracted many residents of the North End/Waterfront community who enjoyed a night on the harbor through the generosity of the Nolan family.

Boston Harbor Cruises has been a part of the NEAD family for many years and they should be recognized and commended for their efforts on behalf of the neighborhood.

 

North End/North Adams Baseball Tournament a Grand Slam

For the 26th year, teams from the North End and North Adams have competed in the La Festa Baseball Tournament at their home fields as part of a competitive exchange program that has provided great games for the community to enjoy.

The North End Athletic Association (NEAA) and the North Adams Baseball Organizations have produced this tournament as part of North End Against Drugs Annual Four Day Family Fun Festival.

NEAA Baseball Commissioner Ralph Martignetti and Baseball Coordinator John Romano put together another successful recreational events for the neighborhood.
