Rachel Revere Park Improvements Discussed at Public Meeting

Several local residents turned out for the third public meeting held by the City of Boston Parks and Recreation to further discuss upcoming improvements to the Rachel Revere Park located in North Square.

Four concepts for the design and construction of the park just across the street from the Paul Revere House were presented for review by Zick Landscape Architects and Allison Perlman project manager for the Parks Department.

In general, residents appeared to be pleased with the overall project but made some suggestions that the architect and the City will consider.

The Parks Department will be meeting with Public Works that is developing designs for North Square to compare notes and further coordinate the projects in a way to provide quality open space and recreational areas for use and enjoyment for residents and visitors.

Reportedly, other public meetings will be held once
