Board of Appeals Approved Two Defers One Request

Boston Inspectional Services Department Board of Appeals has deferred one request and approved two others related to the North End neighborhood.

Plans by John Collins for an occupancy change at 88 Prince Street from nine apartments and one store to attend residential apartments was deferred. One unit is listed as a commercial space but is being used as a residence.

A request by John Pace to utilize his property at 55-57 Endicott Street for 25 paid parking spaces was approved. He also received the support of the North End/Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) at the community elected group’s last monthly meeting.

Also approved by the Board was a request by Christopher Young to change the occupancy at 27-29 Moon Street from four apartments and store to five apartments.
