Full Liquor License Transfer on NEWRA Agenda

Only one voting item is on this month’s North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association community meeting which will be held this Thursday, February 13 at 7pm in the Nazzaro Community Center.

Donato Frattaroli, new owner all of Davide Restaurant, 326 Commercial Street, has applied to the Licensing Board for the City of Boston for approval of the transfer of Davide’s C.V. 7-Day full liquor license to the new owner, Donato and Gianni, LLC.

The license application requests the removal of three previous conditions.

Other agenda items include:

Cycle Track

• The City of Boston Transportation Department will present the update design for the construction of a cycle track on Atlantic Avenue and Commercial Street.

Parks and Open Spaces Report

Update on Parks and Recreation funding and events.

• Ann Pistorio will give her Parks and Open Spaces update. She will also report on her meeting with Councilor LaMattina at which she was to present a list of work needed at the Copps Hill Cemetery, the Copps Hill Terrace in the Paul Revere mall.

• Elizabeth Ghiseline spoke about a student competition at Wentworth Institute of Technology in regard to the flights at DeFilippo Park.

Presentation North End Beautification Committee

• The Committee will inform residents of the work they are doing and what their plans are for the upcoming months.

The next NEWRA monthly meeting will be held on Thursday, March 13 at 7pm in the Nazzaro Community Center.
