Five Story Building Planned for Endicott Street

Plans to demolish the existing one-story building at 210 Endicott Street and construct a five-story, four family dwelling with a roof deck and parking for three vehicles in a garage underneath the building are currently being reviewed by the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA).

The property is located adjacent to the former gas station, now a parking lot at the intersection to Endicott and North Washington Streets.

The owner Robert Dello Russo has not approached either North End neighborhood groups, North End/Waterfront Neighborhood Council (NEWNC) or North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association (NEWRA) for community review.

Attorney William Ferullo said, “All the abutters have been notified and his client has deferred his application until April in order to meet with NEWRA and NEWNC at their monthly meetings.”
