Residents, especially abutters, should be attending NEWRA and NEWNC monthly meetings to express their point of view on proposals, developments, projects and other requests that directly impact the neighborhood.
Believe it or not, all of the items discussed and voted on at these public meetings can have an effect on the quality of life issues that a community must have for some peace and tranquility.
These meetings are open to the public. They are forums for people to stand up and be heard.
Be a part of the community, attend the NEWRA and NEWNC monthly meetings. Take the opportunity to discuss issues that make a difference before they go any further and it’s too late to do anything.
