NEWRA ZLC Committee Meets Tonight April 26

There are many agenda items scheduled for discussion at tonight’s (April 26) NEWRA Zoning, Licensing and Construction meeting starting at 7pm in the Pilot House, 2 Atlantic Avenue.

Volle Nolle, 351 Hanover Street is seeking a 7-Day C.V. Malt and Wine License with a closing hour of 11pm, seven days.

Cafe Lil Italy, 178 Salem Street has applied for a 7-Day C.V. Malt, Wine and Cordials License with a closing hour of 11pm, seven days.

Peter McGinnis has filed an appeal for zoning relief at 27 Sheafe Street to change the legal occupancy from four apartments and a store to five apartments.

Esmail Mahdavi has filed an appeal for zoning relief to convert 196 Endicott Street from a three family to a four family dwelling by converting the basement to a residential unit.

Tia’s Long Wharf, 200 Atlantic Avenue plans to apply for an entertainment license to allow Accapella singers.

The Living Room, 101-107 Atlantic Avenue has applied to extend its closing hour from 1am to 2am on certain days.
